  • Installed Citrix 4.0 server on new hardware and deployed Microsoft Office 2003 to all users.
  • Upgrade and migration to Exchange 2003 for company with 100 employees in 5 different locations.
  • Configuration and management of a Cisco PIX for an office with 40+ employees.
  • Generated a detailed Performance Analysis document that covered Windows hardware performance for a major Sacramento retailer.
  • Built and deployed backup AD domain controller to be deployed in remote office.
