If you have checked out my site before, you've seen the section on podcasts that I am currently listening to. For those just coming out of a cave, podcasts are audio files that I play on my MP3 (like an iPOD, but without the $$$ apple logo) player. 
As of lately, this is the only thing playing on my car stereo when I drive around (without the family). Podcasts are available as talk radio (Science Friday or Buzz Out Loud), music (TranceLab) or audio books (by Scott Sigler or JC Hutchins).
This April, Scott's book Ancestor will be breaking into print. This will be his second book to go from strictly audio format to paper. Ancestor is a scifi/horror thrill-ride that doesn’t spare the blood. Imagine if you will, what would happen if genetic engineering developed the perfect animal to harvest human organs from? Now what if that animal could also fight back??
